Young Strings performance with a rock band.

much needed musical instruments and earned the affection of these
budding young musicians.
community engagement project linked the commission of a new orchestral
work by an American female composer, a 50th anniversary luncheon and a
gala premiere of the commissioned symphonic work.

included crafting a more global presentation of the challenges ahead,
creating an inclusive, problem-solving environment, and presenting a
more professional demeanor for the organization.
