This is your online source for successful volunteer audience development/community engagement, communication/technology, education, leadership/organizational structure, membership, fund-raising, and service projects. Brief descriptions of projects submitted by member organizations become available each year. The Volunteer Council of the League of American Orchestras hopes this serves as a valuable resource for orchestra volunteers across the U.S. and Canada.

Submissions are now being accepted for the 2014 Gold Book Online.

Online Project submission deadline is September 2, 2013. All projects submitted will be judged for Awards to be given at the 2014 National League Conference. Please send original materials for your project to League of American Orchestras, 33 W. 60th St., 5th Floor, New York, NY 10023 or sungar@americanorchestras.org. In order to accept an award, Gold Book winners must register for and attend Conference.
